Phoenix Suns Charities Provide Snack Packs for Central During AIMS

Posted by Community Relations Department at 3/6/2013

Students who were AIMS testing February 25-26 received snack packs, thanks to volunteers and the Phoenix Suns Charities.  Principal Chris Jones and staff, and students from the National Honors Society packed 2000 bags during the weekend before the testing, and Suns volunteers, including team owner Robert Sarver, delivered them to classes.  A goodie bag contained a protein bar, water bottle, an apple, a pencil and a special good luck greeting from the Suns.  The AIMS Writing took place, February 25, and the Reading exam was February 26.
