Alhambra Lions…. We only have a few weeks left together. The 2016-2017 school year is almost complete. Summer is closing in. What better way to finish the year than with an end of the year party. Saturday, April 29th, the Alhambra Girls’ Soccer Team is hosting a fundraising event for the ENTIRE campus. We have rented out Castles and Coasters exclusively for Alhambra students, and from 12am-6am it’s officially LION’S n COASTERS!!!. This event will be a lock-in, so once 12:30am rolls around, the doors will lock, and nobody will be allowed in OR out until 6am on Sunday morning. Inside, 10 rides will be open and unlimited for the entire morning.

The Desert Storm, Magic Carpet, Splashdown, Bumper Cars, Patriot, Free Fall, Carousel, Bumper Boats, Sky Diver, Sea Dragon, and everyone’s favorite The Little Indy Go-Karts. You will also get 1 round of golf included with your admission cost. All concession stands will be open, and the full arcade as well. Also available will be sign-ups for other optional activities such as karaoke, video game tournaments, and bingo for prizes. All of this will cost $28, which is to be paid to the bookstore, and all grade levels are invited Freshman through Seniors. Permission slips and the receipt of purchase should be turned in to Mr. Norman in room 2018 NO LATER THAN Friday, April 28th. This is an Alhambra only event, so a valid ID will be required at the door. Fines must also be paid as well. This is the first time in years that Alhambra is hosting an end of the year event like this, so inappropriate behavior, both on and off campus will prevent your attendance to this event, so stay on point the rest of the year. For questions, see Coach Norman in room 2018 BETWEEN CLASSES. Don’t be the only one not going!

_____________

There is a completion lab in the library tomorrow from 8 am until 11 am. Come to the lab to get some help and finish your project or homework. There will be teachers here to help you. The end of the year is fast approaching so don’t wait until it is too late.

_____________

Have a great day Alhambra!
